You are a Nor­dic ci­tizen or have per­ma­nent resi­den­ce in Den­mark

If you are both Danish or Nordic citizens, or if you have permanent residence in Denmark, or if you have a right of residence pursuant to the Executive Order on EU residence, you must apply to marry at the municipality where you reside.

You must submit your application to the municipality, regardless of whether you wish to marry in Denmark or abroad.
