Payment of fee
If you have a foreign bank and need to pay a fee to the Agency of Family Law, please use the following information.
For certificate of marital status - international marriages:
IBAN: DK91 0216 4069 2170 60. BIC/SWIFT: DABADKKK
For all other cases:
IBAN: DK24 0216 4069 1753 92. BIC/SWIFT: DABADKKK
Remember to provide your CPR number or your name and passport/ID number with the payment. Otherwise, we cannot see which application the fee is associated with.
The Agency of Family Law cannot begin processing a case until the fee has been received in our account. If the fee is not received within a short period after the request is sent, we will close the case. This means we will not take further action on the case.
It is not possible to get the fee refunded if the application conditions are not met.
